1. Dispatch and processing times

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification with a tracking link once your order has officially shipped.
2. Shipping rates and delivery estimates
We partner with reliable local courier networks to deliver nationwide. Our shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the number of items purchased:
1 Book R60.00 (Flat Rate) 2 - 5 Business Days
2+ Books FREE 2 - 5 Business Days
Note: Major hubs (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban) generally experience faster delivery times (2-3 days), while regional and outlying areas may take up to 5 business days.
3. P.O. boxes and plot/farm deliveries

Door-to-Door Courier: Our shipping providers require a physical street address for delivery, as they cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or Postnet suites.

Outlying Areas: If you live on a farm, plot, or deep rural area, please ensure you provide a clear delivery address or contact number so the courier driver can coordinate with you successfully.
4. How to track your order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email from us containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the courier system.
5. Damaged packages
If your order arrives visibly damaged by the courier (e.g., severe tears or water damage to the outer packaging), please take a quick photo and contact us within 48 hours at our website's contact email so we can investigate and replace it for you immediately.
