Age Requirement: By placing an order, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in South Africa.

2. Product information and availability

  • Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors, details, and dimensions of our coloring books as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor or device screen, and we cannot guarantee that your display will be 100% accurate.

  • Stock Availability: All products are subject to availability. While we manage our inventory tightly via our website, an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed. In such rare instances, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.

  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, or to limit the quantities of any products that we offer.

3. Pricing and payment

  • Currency: All prices listed on our website are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).

  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. However, once you receive an order confirmation, the price for that specific order is locked.

  • Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed through our authorized third-party local gateways (Paystack). By completing a transaction, you warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

4. Errors, inaccuracies, and omissions

  • Occasionally, there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability.

  • We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). If we cancel an order due to an inadvertent error, we will refund you in full.

5. Shipping and delivery

  • Fulfillment: Orders are processed and handed over to our local courier partners within our stated processing timelines.

  • Delays: While we only partner with reputable courier networks, we cannot be held legally liable for delivery delays resulting from third-party courier challenges, industrial action, extreme weather, or localized tracking disruptions.

6. Intellectual property rights

  • Ownership: This website and all its original content, including but not limited to the text, layout, logo, book cover designs, illustrations, line art, and images, are the exclusive intellectual property of our brand and business.

  • Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, selling, or using any of our illustrations or website content for commercial or unauthorized personal purposes without our explicit, written consent. Purchasing a coloring book grants you the right to color the physical pages for personal enjoyment; it does not transfer copyright or resale rights of the underlying artwork.

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

9. Changes to terms and conditions
